1. Who We Are

QuantPulse ("we," "us," "our") is a SECP-approved algorithmic trading intelligence platform based in Pakistan, operated by M. Sawaiz and Choudhary Faraz. We provide AI-driven market signals, a copy-trading dashboard, live crypto news aggregation, and related analytical tools via quantpulse.live.

2. Information We Collect

• Google Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile ID for authentication. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Session Data: We issue a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. No sensitive credentials are stored in cookies.
• Payment Data: Payments are processed exclusively via OxaPay. We store only your email and a plan reference for access control. We never see, store, or process credit card or bank details.
• Newsletter Preference: If you opt in, we store a flag against your email to send the daily crypto digest. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Usage Logs: Standard server access logs (IP, browser type, pages visited) may be retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and manage platform access
• To send transactional emails (welcome email, payment confirmations)
• To deliver the daily newsletter if you have opted in
• To enforce subscription plan access levels and trial periods
• To diagnose technical issues and maintain platform security

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies (qp_sess, qp_main_session) to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth: Authentication is handled by Google. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• OxaPay: Cryptocurrency payment processing. Subject to OxaPay's own terms and privacy policy.
• alternative.me: We fetch the Fear & Greed Index from their public API. No user data is transmitted.
• News Sources: Headlines are aggregated from public RSS feeds (CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk, NewsBTC, Decrypt, The Block). We display article content in an on-site reader; original rights remain with respective publishers.

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile and speculative. The signals, predictions, and analytics provided by QuantPulse are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

By using QuantPulse, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You may lose part or all of your invested capital
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• No specific returns, percentages, or profits are promised or implied
• QuantPulse and its operators bear no liability for trading losses

7. Subscription, Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USDT via OxaPay. Day Pass access is valid for 24 hours from activation. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate platform access, all payments are final and non-refundable unless a technical fault on our part prevented access. 8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, signal models, the QuantPulse brand, and the HumaBot concept are proprietary to QuantPulse and its operators. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of platform content or signals is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data (email, name, subscription status) is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email quantpulse.io@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 14 business days.

10. Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. QuantPulse operates under oversight of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
